The Miniveyor is a portable conveyor system that can move up to 50 tons per hour whether it is below ground, on inclines of up to 40 degrees, or around corners. It is light-weight, simple to use, and easy to set up. Miniveyors can be linked together to create longer spans of conveyor belts, making it even more versatile. The Miniveyor Portable Conveyor System is used on thousands of applications worldwide on build, refurbishment and maintenance projects. Increasingly Miniveyor has been used in confined areas in mines to clear up spillage and even as a support application to the main conveyor systems.Â
The NEW 4.5m Miniveyor Miner is driven by a powerful internal hydraulic motor and can be fed directly by the ISM system or by separate mining spec power packs. Fitted with ISO or MSHA rated flame retardant belts, the Miniveyor Miner has now moved into global mineral extraction operations as a stand alone production mining conveyor system, bringing with it the full benefits of the Miniveyor portable conveyor system of simplicity and flexibility.
Some of the key features of the Miniveyor conveyor range: * Extruded, anodized, aircraft aluminum sides. Light weight, extremely strong and hardwaring. Not much sticks to it. * Main body cavity filled with hot, high-density foam under high pressure. * Belt is made of micro waved high-frequency PCV. Cleats are microwave-welded right into belt. There is no metal in the cleats. * Five conveyors daisy-chained together draw approximately 18 amps under load. You can run up to 5 x 3m conveyors from one 20 amp circuit. * No maintenance required on motors - everything is self contained. Nothing to grease or oil. Hermetically-sealed motors and electronics make it impervious to water. * Control box is back safety for motors and converts to 24 volt which makes miniveyor safest in market. The solid extruded sides and self-contained motors makes for absolutely no pinch points on the conveyor, as safe as it gets. Government approved.

Miniveyor Plug & Go, while small and lightweight, are very powerful. Standard conveyors are large and bulky, with motors mounted outside the frame. The Miniveyor Plug & Go uses powerful 370 and 550 watt motors mounted inside the end rollers and specifically designed and manufactured for the application. With a high point load movement of 130 Kg the Miniveyor Plug & Go can move anything that is thrown at it.

Miniveyor Plug & Go are often used in rental applications where operators are not familiar with conveyors, so every part of the system has been designed with safety in mind. The drive units are contained within the frame offering NO pinch or nip points and the belt edges are protected under guard.

Manufactured in 3 and 4.5 metre lengths and weighing only 73 Kg, they can be carried into position and set-up in minutes. A composite core sandwiched between stainless steel plates means they are structurally strong while light and durable. The units stack and lock for easy transport and no special transport is required.

With the ability to increase the distance and the direction of the conveyor by linking additional units. Easy to put together and to create the best solution for your needs.

Miniveyor Plug & Go are built for a tough and demanding environment and are corrosion free with a stainless steel and aluminium construction. The drive motors are sealed to IP65 standard. They couldn’t be built any tougher!

Comparing the cost of monthly overheads of your manpower, the miniveyor pays for itself continuously. Being rugged and hard wearing, our product is great value for money

Modular construction lends itself to customer designed installation. Miniveyor Plug & Go units can be locked ogether using a clamp kit and 3 modules can provide a 8 metre unsupported span. There are hoppers for hand loading and machine loading. For larger tonnage, run the units in tandem with a double wide hopper.

Up a flight of stairs and turn 90 degrees, no problem. Run on a 40 degree slope in to a hopper or 100 metres across across a rooftop. In all these applications Miniveyor Plug & Go is an ideal solution to difficult excavation or conveying problems. Miniveyor Plug & Go have been mounted on mobile equipment and made permanent conveyors in batch plants.

It does not matter what the job is you want to get done. Our system can be set up to perform most tasks effectively and efficiently to ensure you meet the required results.
