Safety when Operating
Like all devices, there are safety guidelines that are important to adhere to. When operating this machinery it is important that you have read the manual, and understand what to do in an emergency.
The device, as a conveyor belt system should be mounted on areas that are not susceptible to weak ground due to rain, soft terrain etc. With the mini veyor application a few feet above the ground, the mounting pillars should be on firm and level ground, if not observed properly this could potentially cause the joining mini veyors to split apart causing spillage of materials and the potential for injury.
The devices are capable of carrying large volumes of material, it is important that the load of the material at any one time does not exceed weight restrictions, nor size restrictions as this could potentially damage the product.
Large material objects that only just fit into the conveyor system could potentially be a hazard so be cautious when working alongside.
Please observe all guidelines including weight restriction, volume restriction and incline restriction.

Miniveyor™ Plug & Go, while small and lightweight, are very powerful. Standard conveyors are large and bulky, with motors mounted outside the frame. The Miniveyor™ Plug & Go uses powerful 370 and 550 watt motors mounted inside the end rollers and specifically designed and manufactured for the application. With a high point load movement of 130 Kg the Miniveyor™ Plug & Go can move anything that is thrown at it.

Miniveyor™ Plug & Go are often used in rental applications where operators are not familiar with conveyors, so every part of the system has been designed with safety in mind. The drive units are contained within the frame offering NO pinch or nip points and the belt edges are protected under guard.

Manufactured in 3 and 4.5 metre lengths and weighing only 73 Kg, they can be carried into position and set-up in minutes. A composite core sandwiched between stainless steel plates means they are structurally strong while light and durable. The units stack and lock for easy transport and no special transport is required.

With the ability to increase the distance and the direction of the conveyor by linking additional units. Easy to put together and to create the best solution for your needs.

Miniveyor™ Plug & Go are built for a tough and demanding environment and are corrosion free with a stainless steel and aluminium construction. The drive motors are sealed to IP65 standard. They couldn’t be built any tougher!

Comparing the cost of monthly overheads of your manpower, the miniveyor pays for itself continuously. Being rugged and hard wearing, our product is great value for money

Modular construction lends itself to customer designed installation. Miniveyor™ Plug & Go units can be locked ogether using a clamp kit and 3 modules can provide a 8 metre unsupported span. There are hoppers for hand loading and machine loading. For larger tonnage, run the units in tandem with a double wide hopper.

Up a flight of stairs and turn 90 degrees, no problem. Run on a 40 degree slope in to a hopper or 100 metres across across a rooftop. In all these applications Miniveyor™ Plug & Go is an ideal solution to difficult excavation or conveying problems. Miniveyor™ Plug & Go have been mounted on mobile equipment and made permanent conveyors in batch plants.

It does not matter what the job is you want to get done. Our system can be set up to perform most tasks effectively and efficiently to ensure you meet the required results.
